Beyond Tulip is an independent Bible-study project by Marc LaClear, a Bible-focused researcher and lay educator. The site makes the strongest Calvinist case it can, then tests that case against the passage in context and the wider witness of Scripture.
Why the Site Exists
The Calvinism debate can become either overly technical or overly heated. Beyond Tulip exists to slow the conversation down and bring it back to Scripture. The articles ask what the disputed passages say in context, how Calvinists use those passages, and whether a non-Calvinist reading better fits the whole counsel of God.
Marc LaClear
Marc LaClear writes Bible-focused studies on Calvinism, seeking to state Reformed arguments fairly and answer them from Scripture without caricature.
Marc is not being presented as an ordained minister, professor, or institutional representative. That disclosure places the work in its proper setting; readers can evaluate it by Scripture, the argument, and the cited sources.

- Check where the article distinguishes biblical wording from theological inference.
